Alliance founder and owner Jonathan "Loda" Berg asked the fans of the club what he should do with the Dota 2 team in order to improve his results in tournaments. The Swede promised to take community advice seriously.

Dozens of fans and community members commented on the post. Even the star of the Swedish CS:GO scene Christopher GeT_RiGhT Alesund unsubscribed, who instead of giving advice tried to cheer up Berg and reminded him that he always treated his organization with great passion and love, and this is the most important thing.

Other tips were more practical. For example, commentator Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov said that the team lacks a good captain who could give the players a clear plan for the match. Many fans drew Berg's attention to the large free agent market - they called for Alivi w33 Omar, Tal Fly Aizik and Martin Saksa Sazdov, as well as the return of Gustav "s4" Magnusson and Linus Limmp Blomdin to the roster. Some also advised disbanding the current team and signing Team Tickles or Team Undying rosters under the tag.

On January 21 it became known that support Simon "Handsken" Haag and coach Niklas okcya Koskinen left Alliance. The organization terminated the contracts with them - such a decision was made by the club's management based on the results of the first DPC 2021/2022 season for Europe. The team took seventh place in the standings and left the first division of the league.
